At Kerala Ayurveda Since 1945, we strive to ensure every handcrafted garment meets our heritage quality standards, but we offer a seamless 14-day return window for any pieces that do not perfectly fit your style. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Kerala Ayurveda authenticity tags are still attached and the fabric is protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned garment for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
